• Annual Licenses are required for liquor, coin-op amusement, cigarette, towing, scavenger, billiard, theater, and massage services (through State of Illinois & bi-annual); one-day liquor sales; or carnivals. Contact the Mayor’s Office at (630) 377-4445. An annual permit is required for business occupancy from the fire department.
